DRAG TO EXPLORE

Reducing Carbon Footprint

The site hosts 2696 solar panels, from which we expect to generate approximately 22% of total site electricity

Improving Waste management

Through our ‘Softgel composting’ initiative launched in April 2023, the site diverted 99 tonnes of waste from landfill to composting in the first 12 months after launch. From 67% of our waste going to landfill in 2019, we significantly improved to just 38% in 2023, with 65% now being recycled.

Conserving Resources

In 2023, through more efficient cleaning and water saving initiatives, we reduced our annual water usage by 1,968 kL, demonstrating our dedication to conserving resources.

As signatories to the Australian Packaging Covenant Organisation (APCO), we are committed to making responsible disposal easier for our customers.

In 2024, we started the process of applying Australian Recycling Logos (ARL) to our products to provide our customers with clear and easy-to-understand instructions for responsible recycling.
