Start a new tradition for your family to share, with a regular activity or meal you can all enjoy together. Try this spag bol recipe with a twist and it might just be the new family favourite!
Serves 4-6, approx 20 mins prep.
- 500g beef mince;
- 1 large onion, sliced;
- 1 clove garlic;
- 2 x 400g tin crushed tomatoes;
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste;
- Sliced mushrooms to taste;
- A healthy splashing of Worcestershire sauce or a shake of chilli.
Brown the mince and onion, then add the rest of the ingredients and your spicy kick to the mix and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender. Add some cheese and herbs if desired before serving over cooked spaghetti.
