Iodine is beneficial during childhood and adolescence for normal mental development and brain function, as well as cognitive function and learning ability. Vitamin B1, which is essential for the breakdown of glucose, helps provide energy to the brain and is beneficial for physical performance and general well-being.

DOSAGE
Children 3 years and over chew 2 capsules daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional. Not recommended for children under 3 years of age. The fruit-flavoured capsule coating can be safely chewed before being swallowed, however as the liquid inside the capsule contains the nutrients, the capsule coating can be discarded after chewing if preferred. Alternatively, the capsule can be pierced and the contents mixed with food if preferred.
